Cards are stored by side and type. The title corpus is unchanged from v1.147.6.

• One rules file per title at data/<side>/<type>/<id>.json, with deckLimit.
• data/printings/ is one file per printing: code, pack, flavor, illustrator, quantity, and position.
• data/printed/ is the current card sentence. data/rulings/ keeps rules-team-verified rulings.
• data/formats/, data/card-pools/, data/restrictions/, and data/rotations.json are the format lists. The engine does not check a deck against them yet.

Released engine v1.147.9 still pins v1.147.6 and loads pack directories. Point the engine at this tag before dropping that pin.
