How to run the Code Review Buddies Network
The pairings run every 3 months: January, April, July, and October.
At the beginning of the month, send out an email (remember to use BCC) to participants to remind them that the next round is coming up and that they can opt out if they wish to. Give participants a week's notice.
You can also publicise the network to try and increase signups, via Slack
You can mark participants as inactive by setting the value in the "active" column in the participants info spreadsheet to FALSE instead of TRUE
This is stored in a spreadsheet held on the Strategy Unit Data Science Team's Sharepoint site
Use https://github.com/The-Strategy-Unit/people-pairer. You will need all the past pairings and participant info referenced above to do this
You can either send out the emails to pairs manually or use tools like https://github.com/The-Strategy-Unit/rct_streamlit
