Specify the primary intent of the change in the PR description, which is to update the driver versions tested against for the API. Updation of nimibot image is a sub-step in this.

Update driver versions tested against to latest released 2026 Q3 versions. The nimibot image is already updated to use the latest versions. This change updates documentation to reflect the change in driver versions that we use for testing.
Deployed the latest released driver runtime versions for everything but NI Switch Executive, which is held back by a blocking bug. Also deployed the latest gRPC Device Server, but we don't note the version of that in our documentation.
