nisync.Session.session_handle returns a ctype #20
Description
When reviewing #18, I was under the impression that self._vi was not a ctype. During review, we decided that we would let clients convert the handle to a ctype, themselves, if needed. The problem is that what we're returning is already a ctype, which is undesirable.
