This ZIP is repackaged from the existing successful CI artifact,
without recompiling or changing PPSA99008/.
This is a normal, visible GitHub Release, not a pre-release.
Native compilation is verified; gameplay stability is not guaranteed.

The selected All-On test build compiles shared and successor-batch JIT
and materializes active I-cache and host service-wait fixes.
The unsafe dummy-thread wait patch remains excluded. Source/build
verification is not evidence that gameplay freezes, HUD delays or
cold-start stutters are fixed on the physical console.

FTP: extract and upload the complete PPSA99008/ folder into
/data/homebrew/, resulting in /data/homebrew/PPSA99008/.
The ZIP stores Unix permission 0777 for every file and folder.
Some FTP clients strip these permissions: apply 0777 recursively
on the console if CE-107750-0 appears. Do not rename PPSA99008
or overwrite personal files under /data/prosperoeden.
