Summary

VID:PID 33FA:0010 の新規 Bluetooth dongle について、実験結果と正式対応しない判断を記録します。production workaround は含めません。

• WinUSB/libwdi + Bumble 0.0.233 で観測した malformed 0x1004 応答、temporary suppression の結果、fresh pairing / Button A UI 反映を記録
• active reconnect が Switch reason 19 で L2CAP 前に2回失敗した事実と、正式サポートを保留する判断を記録
• 実験用 workaround 実装とテストは取り込まない

• temporary 0x1004 suppression: advertising, fresh pairing, protocol ready, and Button A UI reflection succeeded
• active reconnect: two attempts reached host_connection then disconnected with Switch reason 19 before L2CAP; no workaround code is merged
• artifacts and cleanup results are recorded in spec/hardware-test-log.md; no keys are included

Review Notes

Source audit and hardware-harness were applied. This PR deliberately records hardware observations as configuration-specific facts, not adapter compatibility or a Bumble contract. Deferred: determine the active reconnect reason-19 failure only with further explicit hardware approval.
