Release list
Remige 0.4.0
-
The upgrade progress log follows new output while you stay at the bottom, stops following when you
scroll up to read earlier lines, and shows a real scrollbar whose thumb reflects the log length
(FEAT-7). -
Rename the bundle identifier to
app.remige(reverse DNS ofremige.app) instead of the
personalcom.nichenqin.remige; the cache directory and preferences domain follow the new
identifier, and the Homebrew cask also cleans up the old paths (FEAT-6). -
Menu bar rows show the installed-to-available version transition and open that item's detail with
its release notes when clicked (FEAT-3). -
Starting an update, either for one item or for everything, now requires an explicit confirmation.
-
Rebuild the website with Astro, Tailwind CSS and framework i18n routing, with English and Chinese
pages and locale-matched screenshots (FEAT-2). -
Host the website on Cloudflare Workers static assets instead of Vercel, keeping the build in
GitHub Actions and preserving the security headers (FEAT-5). -
Bring the main window to the front when "Open Remige" is chosen from the menu bar panel, even
when another app is active (BUG-9). -
Download and other non-one-click actions in the detail inspector use the standard bordered button
style instead of a low-contrast dark fill, restoring readable text (BUG-5). -
The detail inspector uses a white reading surface with light-gray cards instead of a gray canvas,
so opened items no longer render on the legacy window background (BUG-6). -
Website feature icons render at 24×24 in the accent color instead of filling their cards
(BUG-7). -
Install cards share one baseline for their action rows, lining up the DMG button, the curl
command and both Copy buttons (BUG-8). -
Add an 18-second product teaser to the press page, press kit, and README.
-
Nested
/docspages are included in the static site build again; the root-only ignore rule no
longer hidessite/docs. -
Homebrew formula and cask release URLs interpolate
#{version}, keepingbrew auditclean and
the download path in sync with the version field. -
Add public changelog, privacy, security, support, and press pages to the Astro site in English and
Chinese, with sitemap entries and header/footer navigation. -
Add
SECURITY.md, private vulnerability reporting, issue and PR templates, and enable GitHub Discussions. -
Add Help menu entries for the website, changelog, issue tracker, and privacy page.
-
Add security headers to the website deployment and a
/.well-known/security.txtcontact file. -
Add Homebrew
livecheckblocks and a caskzapcleanup list; audit the cask and formula. -
Point the GitHub repository homepage at
https://remige.appinstead of the old Vercel URL.
Remige 0.3.1
-
Moved the official website, installer and update feed to
remige.app(withwwwredirecting to
the apex), and pointed the app, CLI, Homebrew files and documentation at the new domain. -
Menu bar popup rows, the refresh button and footer actions now show hover feedback; disabled
actions stay flat. -
Rework the main window into a compact native update ledger with consistent typography, spacing,
aligned list rows, restrained controls, and a clearer detail inspector (BUG-4). -
Source filter chips now accept clicks across the full chip slot, including the padding and the
gaps between chips, and highlight on hover.
Remige 0.3.0
-
Renamed the product from Molt to Remige after brand collisions with existing products. The app, CLI,
bundle identifier (com.nichenqin.remige), config/cache paths, website and Homebrew tap all use the
new name. -
Detect Magpie updates through its bundle ID and official
yetone/magpie-releasessource, including
installations without Sparkle metadata or a CLI on PATH. Show versions and GitHub release notes under
Apps; unmanaged installations open the release page instead of replacing the running app. -
Detect app updates from standard Electron Builder
app-update.ymlmetadata (GitHub releases and
HTTPS generic manifests, including Apple Silicon variants), withappUpdatesconfig overrides and a
separate bundle-id catalog. Unsupported apps are listed as unchecked in source details instead of
being guessed or silently dropped; cask-managed apps stay owned by Homebrew. -
Expand the verified app catalog beyond Magpie to common macOS apps with official GitHub releases:
Clash Verge, v2rayN, Zed, Obsidian, Rectangle, Stats, Maccy, AltTab, UTM, Keka, LocalSend, Transmission,
Hammerspoon, BetterDisplay, and drawio. Entries require a stable bundle identifier, an official release
page, and a matching version sequence. -
Close the menu bar panel when "Open Remige" or "Update All" opens the main window, instead of
leaving the panel covering the window it just opened.
