Adds operator-supervised production-simulation restore and rollback automation with strict identity, integrity, maintenance, evidence, and confirmation gates. Also adds failed-upload retry, safer WPvivid split-set cleanup, renewable multipart upload leases, and mandatory quality checks. No breaking changes. Actual-production enrollment remains unavailable; deploy runner 0.4.7 separately when needed.
