Alynt Drime Backups Uploader v0.5.5

Small patch release for the central dashboard pairing panel. Paired sites now show read-only dashboard monitoring as already active instead of rendering a misleading unchecked opt-in checkbox, while the revoke action remains visible and explicit opt-in is still required for new pairings. Also removes an environment-sensitive rollback test assertion so release CI is stable.
