Adds redacted WPvivid source-activity hints to the authenticated read-only dashboard status payload so dashboards can distinguish WPvivid activity/log evidence from Alynt WPvivid upload proof. No filesystem paths, package identifiers, Drime credentials, signed URLs, or raw package data are exposed.
