Fixed
- Initialized the macOS tray as an accessory AppKit application and pumped
its event queue on the daemon main thread so the menu-bar status item can
appear instead of remaining Prohibited with no event loop.
- Rebuilt live macOS tray menus together with generation-scoped click routes
so a replaced menu cannot dispatch a stale command.
