AG Launcher 2.9.0-test.1

Home now brings the Allegator Games workshop to life with useful, live content while keeping game launch fast and independent.

Changes

  • Replaces the previous Home hero with the three most recent Allegator Games News entries.
  • Adds up to five popular Community creations, with ranks, previews, creators, content types, and engagement counts.
  • Opens Home News directly in the full News reader and Community creations in their established detail views.
  • Adds bounded, presentation-safe News caching and reuses the Community catalog's ETag-backed offline cache.
  • Pauses feed refreshes away from Home and keeps News or Community failures isolated from Play and Play & Join.
  • Adds responsive Home layouts and deterministic showroom fixtures at large, default, and minimum launcher sizes.
  • Corrects browser timer binding in server-status and Home feed scheduling.

Test releases are currently unsigned. Stable publication remains blocked until Windows Public Trust signing is configured.
