v0.1.0 — grounded literature RAG with a built-in citation-faithfulness eval

First tagged release: the full pipeline (ingest → FAISS retrieval → structured answers with verbatim per-claim citations) plus the two-stage groundedness eval — a deterministic quote locator that catches fabricated citations for free, and an LLM-as-judge that grades support only from the passage.
