Comprehensive sweep of 25 cores rebuilt from current main with proper version metadata. Resolves the cores-v1.2.0 stale-version-metadata bug for 5 RA-enabled cores (SNES9x, Gambatte, Nestopia, mGBA, GenesisPlus) and ships an unreleased Dolphin Release-config fix. Also delivers the May 5 SUFeedURL migration (3c2d96f) for the 19 remaining cores plus a newly-added SUFeedURL for Flycast.

Distributed via the in-app core updater — not a user-facing download. If you are looking to install OpenEmu-Silicon, see the latest release.
