Wichtiger Hinweis für efaCloud-Nutzer

Der efaCloud Server muss mindestens auf Version 2.3.3 aktualisiert sein, bevor diese Version genutzt wird.

Bootshaus

Neuerungen

• ist in efaBths drei Minuten lang Inaktivität, erhält die Liste der verfügbaren Boote den Fokus.
• Bootshaus: Bootsliste "Verfügbare Boote" kann den Bootsnamen um max. zwei Felder erweitern. Sie werden auch im Tooltipp angezeigt, und es kann nach den Feldern gefiltert werden. Die Felder sind in efaConfig konfigurierbar.
• Bootshaus: Personenliste in "Verfügbare Personen" kann den Personennamen um max. zwei Felder erweitern. Sie werden auch im Tooltipp angezeigt, und es kann nach den Feldern gefiltert werden. Die Felder sind in efaConfig konfigurierbar.
• Performance-Optimierung für die Bootslisten in efaBootshaus.
• Zweispaltige Darstellung für Bootslisten in efaBootshaus ist nun Standard, da die Performance der Bootslisten nicht mehr durch die Zwei-Spalten-Darstellung eingeschränkt ist. Einspaltige Darstellung der Bootslisten entfällt.

Korrekturen

• Boote auf Fahrt: Zeigt jetzt immer den Kommentar zur offenen Fahrt an(wer ist mit dem Boot seit wann unterwegs), statt bei einer zeitgleich vorliegenden Reservierung den Reservierungsinhalt anzuzeigen.
• Bootslisten in efaBootshaus: Bei der Filterung werden keine leeren Sektionen mehr angezeigt.
• Bootslisten in efaBootshaus: Die Popup-Menüs sind durch Separatoren optisch strukturiert (mit Buxfix)).
• Personenliste in efaBootshaus: Bei Auswahl von sind die üblichen Aktionen (z.B. Fahrt beginnen, Bootsreservierungen...) wieder möglich.
• Besseres Layout für Bootshauslisten (mehr Abstände, Filter-Textfelder haben Standardhöhe von 21 pix)

Fahrtanlage

Neuerungen

• Multisession-Fahrtanlage: Wird ein Personenname eingetragen, und liegt für die Person zum eingetragenen Startzeitpunkt eine Einsitzer-Reservierung vor, so wird der Bootsname automatisch befüllt. Liegt parallel für die Person ein Standard-Boot vor, so kann der Nutzer wählen, welcher Bootsname übernommen werden soll. Das Feld für Bootsname zeigt einen Tooltip für die Quelle der Vorbelegung (Reservierung/Standardboot).
• Fahrtanlage: Wenn eine Fahrtanlage über eine Person gestartet wird, so wird das Feld Bootsname bei einer passenden Reservierung der Person mit der Reservierung befüllt.
• Fahrtanlage: Wird das Feld "Bootsname" vorbelegt, so zeigt es einen Tooltip für die Quelle der Vorbelegung (Reservierung/Standardboot).

Korrekturen

• Bei der Anlage einer Fahrt mit ausgeschiedenen Mitgliedern wird deren letztgültiges Berechtigungsprofil geprüft.
• Neue Fahrten/Nachtrag/Multisession: Bootnutzungssperre und Gruppenzugehörigkeiten werden nun auch dann geprüft, wenn: -Boot keinen Gruppen zugeordnet ist -Person nicht mehr gültig ist (mit Ende-Datum)
• Eintragung/Änderung von Fahrten: die Prüfung auf unbekannte Bootsnamen, Personennamen, Ziele und Gewässer funktioniert nun richtig; sofern konfiguriert, wird das Speichern bei unbekannten Namen in mindestems einen der Felder das Speichern verhindert. (Bug ist neu seit efa 2.5.0/Multisession)
• Eintragung/Änderung von Fahrten: Wenn dies in efaBase oder im Admin-Modus von efaBths erfolgt, so wird die Änderung/Neueintragung durch den Admin passend im Log dokumentiert.
• Multisession-Eintragung: eine Name/Boot-Zeile wird jetzt nur dann akzeptiert, wenn Name und Boot BEIDE nicht leer sind.
• Multisession-Eintragung: korrekte Prüfung, ob alle eingegebenen Boote Einsitzer-Boote sind.
• Multisession-Fahrtanlage: Es wird keine Warnung zur zeitgleich offenen Reservierung für ein Boot mehr angezeigt, wenn das Boot mit der reservierenden Person unterwegs sein wird.
• Fahrt beenden: Bei einer Mehrtagesfahrt mit identischer Start- und Endzeit (z.B. beides um 12:00 Uhr) wird nun auch das Enddatum bei der Prüfung der Fahrtdauer berücksichtigt. Hierdurch weniger Fehlermeldungen beim Beenden einer Fahrt.

Statistiken

Neuerungen

• Statistik-Editor mit Baumnavigation und Suchfunktion.
• Statistiken: Obmann Feld ist im XML-Export enthalten.

Vereinsarbeit

Korrekturen

• Vereinsarbeit: Es wird bei Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Vereinsarbeit geprüft, ob das Datum im zulässigen Bereich liegt.
• Vereinsarbeit: Es wird in der Liste der Vereinsarbeit immer der Name angezeigt, den das Mitglied zum Zeitpunkt der Erfassung hatte. Dadurch wird bei Vereinsarbeit für inzwischen beendete Mitglieder wieder der Name angezeigt.

efa Base

Korrekturen

• efaBase blieb seit efa 2.5.3#3 beim Beenden im Hintergrund hängen. efaBase lässt sich nun wieder korrekt beenden.

Administration/Datenerfassung

Neuerungen

• Liste der Boote und Personen zeigen bei Bedarf eine Spalte mit den Zusatzfeldern an, und zeigen die Zusatzfelder im Tooltipp.
• Person/Boot bearbeiten Dialog: Die in der Bootsliste/Personenliste zusätzlich angezeigten Felder können bei Bedarf auf der ersten Registerkarte im "Bearbeiten" Dialog angezeigt werden.

Korrekturen

• Dialoge für die Bearbeitung von Booten, Personen, Gruppen, Zielen wurden größer als das konfigurierte Limit für Dialoggrößen.
• Größenbeschränkung der Größe von VersionizedDataEditDialog (Boote, Personen, Gruppen) auf max. 1000x700 und AdminEditDialog auf 700x700 Pixel
• Einige Dialoge schlossen sich nicht beim Betätigen von ESC
• Admin-Bereich: Suche in den Dataedit-Dialogen sucht nicht mehr in technischen Feldern
• Person/Boot/Ziel/Gruppe bearbeiten Dialog: Scrollbars werden INNERHALB der Registerkarten angezeigt, wenn diese zu voll werden.

Administration/Konfiguration

Neuerungen

• EfaConfig mit Baumnavigation und Suchfunktion. Neuordnung von einigen Optionen. Aktualisierung der Beschriftung von Optionen.
• Im Bereich "Sprache und Region" neue Funktion eingefügt, die "Freie Verwendung" Felder umzubenennen. Diese Umbenennung bleibt über efa-Updates hinweg stabil.

• Verarbeitung der .efacred Datei verbessert. Logging für das Handling der .efacred Datei und für Loginvorgänge verbessert.

Widget

Korrekturen

• HTML Widget Inhalte werden nun zuverlässig neu geladen beim Eintreten des Update intervals. Beim Laden von einer lokalen Datei wird auch versucht, den Zeichensatz korrekt zu ermitteln (mit und ohne BOM: UTF-8, UTF-16BE, UTF-16LE, Windows-1252 (Windows ANSI) or ISO-8859-1)
• Härtung des Codes von WeatherWidget* und HTMLWidget*
• Wetterdaten: sind die heruntergeladenen Wetterdaten sehr alt (älter als 7 Stunden), dann konnte es bei der Aktualisierung des Wetterwidgets zu einem Fehler kommen.

Oberfläche/Usability

Korrekturen

• Kleinere Darstellungsfehler bei GUI-Elementen mit abgerundeten Ecken wurden behoben.

efaCLI

Neuerungen

• efaBths kann über efaCLI neu gestartet (efaCLI.sh command restartefa) bzw. beendet werden (efaCLI.sh command shutdownefa).

Stabilität/Technische Verbesserung

Neuerungen

• die Änderungshistorie zeigt die Änderungen einer Version nun je nach Bereich an. Dazu wurde eou.xml überarbeitet und um alle Einträge früher als Version 2.3.3 bereinigt.
• efaBths nutzt einen Shutdownhook, damit unter linux über das 'kill' kommando ein geordnetes Herunterfahren von efaBths möglich ist.

Boathouse

New Features

• If there is three minutes of inactivity in efaBths, the list of available boats will receive focus.
• Boathouse: "Available boats" list can be extended by up to two additional fields. They are also shown in the tooltip, and can be used for filtering. The fields are configurable in efaConfig.
• Boathouse: "Available persons" list can be extended by up to two additional fields. They are also shown in the tooltip, and can be used for filtering. The fields are configurable in efaConfig.
• Performance optimization for boat lists in efaBoathouse.
• Two-Column layout for the boatlists in efaBths is now standard, as the performance of the boatlists is no longer affected by using two-column layout. The option to use the former one-column layout is discarded.

Bug fixes

• The dialog after double-clicking a boat list item no longer contains "----" items.
• Boats on session: Now always shows the comment for the open session (who is on the boat since when), instead of showing the reservation content if there is a reservation with the same time.
• Boat lists in efaBoathouse: Empty sections are no longer displayed when filtering.
• Boat lists in efaBoathouse: Popup menus are optically structured by adding separators (including bugfix).
• Person list in efaBootshouse: when selecting the common actions (like "Start session", "Boat reservations") are available again, avoiding unnecessary messages to the user.
• Improved layout for boathouse lists (more spacing, filter text fields have a default height of 21 pixels)

Session Entry

New Features

• Multi-session entry: If a persons name is entered, and a reservation for a single-seater boat exists for that person at the specified start time, the boat name is automatically populated. If a standard boat is also assigned to that person concurrently, the user may choose which boat name to apply. Also, the field boatname shows a tooltip of the source for its default value.
• Session entry: if a new session is created from within the person list, and a fitting current/future reservation exists, the field boatname is filled with the reservation.
• Session entry: If the field "boatname" has a default value, it provides a tooltip for the source of its default value (standard boat or a specific reservation)

Bug fixes

• When creating a session with former members, their last valid permission profile is checked.
• New sessions/late entry/multisession: Boat usage restrictions and group memberships are now also checked when: -Boat is not assigned to any groups -Person is no longer valid (with end date)
• Entering/editing sessions: The check for unknown boat names, person names, destinations and waters now works correctly; if configured, saving with unknown names in at least one of the fields will be prevented (Bug introduced in efa 2.5.0/Multisession).
• Entering/editing sessions: If this is done in efaBase or in admin mode of efaBths, the change/new entry is properly documented in the log by the admin user.
• Multi-session entry: A name/boat line is now only accepted if both name and boat are not empty.
• Multi-session entry: Correct check if all entered boats are single-seater boats.
• Multi-session entry: No longer shows a warning about a reservation for a boat at the same time if the reservation is for that person and the specific start date and time.
• Finishing a session: For multi-day sessions with identical start and end times (e.g., both at 12:00am), the end date is now also considered when checking the session duration. This results in fewer error messages when ending a session.

Statistics

• Statistics: "Boat Captain" field is included in the XML export.

Clubwork

Bug fixes

• Clubwork: When recording and editing clubwork, the date is checked to ensure it falls within the allowed range.
• Clubwork: The clubwork list now always displays the name the member had at the time of recording. This means that for former members the name for the clubwork record is displayed correctly.

efa Base

• efaBase has been hanging in the background since efa 2.5.3#3 when exiting. efaBase can now be exited correctly again.

Admin/Data Edit

New Features

• Boat and person lists optionally show a column with the additional fields, and show the additional fields in the tooltip.
• Edit person/boat dialog: The additional fields shown in the boat/person lists can optionally be shown on the first tab of the edit dialog.

Bug fixes

• Dialogs for editing boats, persons, groups, and destinations were larger than the configured limit for dialog sizes.
• Size restriction of versionized data edit dialogs (boats, persons, groups) to max. 1000x700 and admin edit dialog to 700x700 pixels
• Some dialogs did not close when pressing ESC
