v1.0.1 Comment Fixing

In this release, a new optional feature was added, in order to automatically put a # symbol in front of lines in the config files which are detected as comments but don't have the symbol. In order to enable this, set ConfigScribe.shouldFixComments to true before calling ConfigScribe.writeConfig().

In addition to this, a few changes were made to the README file.

The jar file attached here labelled "standalone" has that jar file included.

The jar file attached here labelled "dependent" does not have that jar file included.
