v1.2.3 Finished Version

This release represents the finished version of the software. Development will more or less stop on this project for the foreseeable future.

The binaries for this release include a zip folder containing everything you need to run the program:

• the compiled .jar file
• a 32-bit copy of a java 8 runtime environment
• a .bat file, used to run the .jar file using the attached environment

To use the program, simply unzip "usda-java-flour-scan.executables.zip" to a folder and double click the .bat file to run the program. Config files, scanned images, and output files will be generated within the folder, categorized in folders by date.

v1.0.0 Stable, Mostly Finished Release

This is the version that will be used for the demo today with Dan, Scott, and Sophia at 10:30.
