What's in this release

Cumulative through 2.7.3 — directory-ready (claude plugin validate . passes), Sonnet model floor, lean review pipeline, and a trimmed SessionStart payload.

2.7.3 — Description consistency

• Plugin description now reads "10 skills, 5 agents, 2 hooks" across plugin.json, marketplace.json, and the GitHub About — the manifest, marketplace, and repo all agree on the roster.

2.7.2 — Directory-readiness

• hooks/session-bootstrap.md: replaced the 10-row skill table with a one-line pipeline summary + /help pointer. Standing per-session context cost ~434 → ~306 tokens (~30% lighter). Red Flags + Critical Rules retained.
• hooks/session-start.sh: header attests the hook is read-only (stdout only, no writes, no network) for plugin-directory safety screening.

2.7.0 — Lean review pipeline

• Single Sonnet task-reviewer (two verdicts, one diff-load) replaces the spec-reviewer + quality-reviewer pair.
• Planner mandatory spec self-review; Sonnet model floor enforced by validator + test; --checkpoint=N build flag.
