Quality of Life Changes by @TavstalDev in #13 - Refactored in #14

These changes include:

• Introduce the ability to select a broadcast strategy determining who will the broadcast messages Doc
• Update the AFK state when a player sends a message or executes a command
• Added a configurable cooldown for the AFK command to prevent spamming
• Introduce a different actionbar text if the player has been moved to the AFK server
