diff-review 0.2.0

First published version of diff-review, a review pane inside Claude Code.

• Three views: uncommitted changes, the pull request, the branch commits.
• Ask Claude about any line: the answer streams in under it, the diff follows it.
• GitHub review comments under their lines; resolve them, or have Claude address them.
• The viewed boxes of GitHub, an unviewed filter, a push button for unpushed commits.
• Side by side, whole file, dark and light themes; every action also has a key.
