Fix Claude OAuth authentication in the macOS service by giving its LaunchAgent a separate security audit session (SessionCreate=true). This addresses cases where Claude works over SSH but reports expired authentication through the desktop service.

Upgrade the CLI and refresh the installed service after active chats finish:

The CLI upgrade alone does not replace the separate installed service. macOS archives are signed and notarized; SHA-256 files accompany each archive.

Claudex v0.2.10

Adds desktop prompt-bar autocomplete for native Claude chats.

• Predictions use a read-only side question in the warm parent Claude process, preserving its model and prompt cache without running tools or changing the conversation.
• Repeated requests reuse the prediction. Cold, stale, or oversized requests return no suggestion instead of launching full-history inference.
• Fixes Claude chat creation when updated desktops inject artifact_session and cua_repl configuration.
• Handles Unix shutdown signals from the moment the service reports ready.

Upgrade with:

claudex install

Wait for active chats to finish before running claudex install, then reconnect the desktop connection. The desktop app bundle is unchanged.

Downloads cover macOS and Linux on ARM64 and x86-64, with SHA-256 checksums. Both macOS binaries are Developer ID signed and notarized. The advertised Codex protocol version remains 0.160.0.

Add shared native delegation between Codex and Claude.

• Expose spawn, list, wait, message, follow-up, and interrupt tools through a shared claudex_agents catalog.
• Create real native child threads with parent links and collaboration history across both harnesses.
• Inherit and verify native workspace permissions, approval policy, and reviewer before submitting child tasks. Reject unsupported settings and mismatched MCP callers.
• Preserve queued input and follow-up sessions; handle interruption, disconnects, router shutdown, and crash recovery without replaying task mutations.

Validated with 222 deterministic tests and genuine Codex-to-Opus and Opus-to-Codex delegation. Local execution environments only; permission profiles the target harness cannot reproduce fail explicitly.

Reload the desktop after upgrading to load the new router. Start a new Codex chat for the shared tools; Claude chats receive the catalog on idle resume.
