Changed

  • Official device support is now the modern Kobo devices only: Clara BW, Clara Colour, and Libra Colour.
  • The Libra 2 and Clara 2E can still install and run it best-effort, but they are not officially supported and may not work as well as supported devices.
  • Support for the Elipsa and Sage has been removed entirely: the mod now stays inactive on them as the mod did not work reliably.

Added

  • The Reading-settings entry now reflects whether your device is supported.
  • The startup log now records the device's hardware revision.

Install: copy KoboRoot.tgz to the Kobo's hidden .kobo folder, eject, and reboot. Settings are in KOBOeReader/.adds/nickel-dissolve/config; see the README.

Uninstall: delete KOBOeReader/.adds/nickel-dissolve/uninstall and reboot.
