Free, MIT-licensed dictation for macOS and Windows. A Wispr Flow alternative with fast Groq transcription and optional offline Whisper.

What's new

  • Automatic updates on macOS, with manual checks, download progress and restart installation in Settings.
  • Clean installer packages with no local working files or personal app data.
  • Intel Mac support for the local Whisper runtime.
  • Updated dependencies with no reported npm audit vulnerabilities.

Release status

This is a preparation draft. The local macOS apps have valid Developer ID signatures. Apple notarization and stapling are pending local Keychain profile configuration. The release will be published after all notarized macOS installers, update ZIPs, platform manifests and checksums are verified.

Windows installers are not code signed. Use your own Groq API key for cloud transcription. Provider free limits and paid usage are managed by Groq. Local Whisper works offline after downloading a model.
