The navigation bar includes these options:

• En-/disable the sidebar
• Link to the main page

• Update tweets into the database

Side Bar Features

The side bar offer various operation possibilities:

• Update URL coordinates
• Toggle parameter options with following options:
  • Confirm or clear a bounding box selection
  • In-/exclude keywords for the tweets
  • Set a weather event filter
  • Set a filter for minimal and maximal precipitation
  • Update precipitation
• Toggle summary statistics with following features including various option possibilities:
  • Density of tweets
  • Quadratic count of tweets
  • Generate Wordcloud
  • Tweets over Time
  • Show average nearest neighbor
  • Show K-Function

Demo Page

The Demo page is a feature that contains historic data and allows the user to get familiar with the way to use the application

Layer Selection

This is the only difference to the main page as the user is able to select historic radar data instead of up-to-date data. All other features of the main page are usable as the tweets are as well historic and created.
