v0.3.1: GitHub API fixes

• Github Raw now properly accepts branch (not tags) URLs;
• follow redirects in curl due to newer GitHub API using them.

Note: due to the redirects issue, self-update was broken :( it is recommended you manually download fetch.sh from the repo again.
