the original answer I got 2 years after posting the idea is: #6628 (comment) which is odd, since ttv chat doesn't have a "three-dots menu" to begin with, let alone any native toggle for cheer confetti/fountain effect I've seen several ai-generated "tutorials" referring to using top left three-dots menu to navigate to account settings for nonexistent confetti toggle, which I assume were generated based on requests for such feature that got completely ignored by all but the llm scouring the net for closest match, but can make no real connections to the actual ttv ui |
