What's Changed

• Major rewrite. New Python / Qt based dynamic Resolve installer, similar to how Steam and Discord Flatpak's work.
• The Flatpak package now only installs the Qt GUI: the Qt GUI will install Resolve on demand and keep it updated.
• This means that we can release built Flatpak's and upload artifacts to e.g. Flathub and Flatpark to open up access.

Please test and provide feedback on the new approach, I am sure there will be plenty of bugs.
