• Her hands, in conversation. The
  Forge and the Weights bench answer in
  chat now, not only in their sheets:
  "forge me a DNS packet for the
  gateway" builds the packet, keeps it
  in the armory, and files it in
  Deliveries; "download the 7B" and
  "use the Llama" run her bench; and a
  fact she is asked to keep — in plain
  words, punctuation and all — is
  written to her notes for real, by
  reflex or by the second reading
  alike. An operator who never leaves
  her tab loses nothing.
• Orders before lessons. An
  imperative that names her hands is
  performed, not taught: the manual
  no longer steps in front of a plain
  order (a DNS forge had been answered
  with a tour of the Scan tab).
  Questions still get the lesson.
• What she builds, she can strike.
  "Delete the packet you forged,"
  "delete all you forged," a custom
  payload or a taught pattern by name
  — struck from the armory, its
  Deliveries copy going with it.
