Error when examples are deleted

When this tool is used to initialize a new Nightwatch project, we add some examples related to page-objects, custom-commands and custom-assertions to the project, along with setting the respective configs in the Nighwtach configuration file.

Now, when the user deletes the examples directory from the Nightwatch project and tries to run the tests again, it fails giving the following error:

which can be confusing to users and take up a lot of their time to debug. We need to find a solution to deal with such a situation.
