Per-episode logs (v1)

Per-episode JSONL records for every number reported in the paper: 137 files across 20 campaigns (~48,000 episodes), plus the 50-paper audit extraction, the frozen pre-registration snapshot, and a sha256 MANIFEST. Regenerate every figure, table, and numeral with scripts/check_paper_numbers.py and scripts/make_figures.py.
