Behaviour change
A hosts: list no longer hides the Hosts that gh is logged into. They now load first, and hosts: entries are added after them. To use exactly your list, set gh_discovery: false. See ADR-0013.
Bitbucket Data Center support has not yet been tested against a real instance.
