What's new

• Data now persists across updates and uninstalls — database, settings and log are stored in %APPDATA%\CarBudget (Roaming). The uninstaller only removes the install directory, so your data is always safe.
• Portable builds continue to store data next to the portable exe, unchanged.
• App icon now shows correctly in Windows Explorer, taskbar and shortcuts (desktop + Start Menu).
