Hardware V0.1 is the immutable state that was ordered. It maps the public
hardware version V0.1 to KiCad CAD revision R4 and commit f9510e7.
Ordering
Use IR_Spoke_Sensor_V0.1_2L_ORDER_PACKAGE.zip as the complete archived
reference. For JLCPCB upload:
- Upload
IR_Spoke_Sensor_V0.1_2L_GERBER.zipfor PCB fabrication. - Upload
IR_Spoke_Sensor_V0.1_2L_BOM.csvand
IR_Spoke_Sensor_V0.1_2L_CPL.csvfor top-side assembly. - Apply the parameters in
IR_Spoke_Sensor_V0.1_2L_ORDER.json. - Do not upload the courtyard-reference archive as production Gerbers.
- Verify diode polarity and all rotations in the JLCPCB assembly preview.
The combined order package also contains the cable BOM, interactive BOM, DRC
evidence and SHA-256 checksums. The separate PCBA archive contains BOM, CPL and
order metadata for convenient retention.
Verified release state
- Two-layer, 1.6 mm FR-4, 1 oz copper.
- KiCad DRC: 0 violations and 0 unconnected pads.
- BOM/CPL: 20 BOM rows and 24 placements with matching designators.
- 44 footprints and 70 canonical schematic/netlist endpoints checked.
- Receiver carrier: 17.8 x 21.4 mm.
- Breakaway emitter: 21 x 15 mm with two M2.5 holes.
- One conductive mouse-bite tab carries temporary
3V3andLED_Klinks.
This is an ordered engineering prototype. Physical optical, environmental,
vibration and power validation remains open.
Independent software version
This hardware release does not release firmware. Software uses independent
SW-Vx.y.z tags; the repository firmware remains SW-V0.1.0-dev.
