Gridcoin-RPC v1.2

What's New

  • Interactive Tray Customization: Select exactly which metrics cycle on your Discord profile card via the new Cycle Stats submenu in the system tray. Toggle checkmarks for Estimated Reward, Network Difficulty, Top Project RAC, Total Magnitude, Block Height, and Pool Share. Your selections apply immediately and automatically persist across restarts in settings.json.
  • Smart Staking Status: Automatically detects wallet lock status and inactive staking, accurately displaying Not Staking: <amount> GRC or Staking: Inactive instead of broadcasting misleading active weight.
  • Standalone Linux Support: Headless daemon mode for Linux (x86_64) with native SIGTERM/SIGINT signal handling. Standalone binaries require no Python installation.
  • Optimized Transaction Scanning: Periodic stake checks now track newly arrived transactions instead of redundant full polling, eliminating unnecessary wallet I/O overhead.
  • Automatic Log Rotation: daemon.log is automatically rotated at 5 MB (retaining 2 backups) to prevent disk clutter.
