This release improves ingredient formatting and makes work-in-progress recipes easier to use.

What’s new

• Added an ingredient note field for preparation or state details such as finely chopped, diced, or room temperature.
• Ingredient notes appear after the ingredient name and remain visually distinct from substitution suggestions.
• Added note editing to the recipe form.

Fixes

• Recipes without a steps array now open as empty drafts instead of being rejected.
• Corrected recipe-format examples for substitutions. Kaper automatically adds “or,” so use sub: pancetta instead of sub: or use pancetta.

Requires Obsidian 1.4.4 or newer.
