How to use Gisola

I recently installed Gisola for complementary use with seiscomp 6.5.1 and I was lost on how to use a scolv event and calculate the tensor moment of that event with Giselo

Gisola works independently of Seiscomp. To monitor events, you can use an FDSNWS-event service (which is also available in Seiscomp) to feed Gisola with events (see https://github.com/nikosT/Gisola/blob/main/src/config.yaml#L348). The results are available on a separate webpage. You can also send the MT solution back to seiscomp (see dispatch scripts). Nevertheless, you need to calibrate Gisola (on various factors) according to the Networks you want to run it, but recommended values are already provided in the configuration. You have to set a script file path here: https://github.com/nikosT/Gisola/blob/main/src/config.yaml#L366 e.g. /home/zwb/postprocess.sh.

Now, in the script file postprocess.sh, you need to run:

This is a procedure to add to the real-time operations flow. If you want to run for all old events where this procedure had not been added in the past or failed, you should run the command seiscomp exec scdispatch -i $file -O merge separately for its SC3 XML file found in the output folder of its MT computation. You can also have a loop similar to the one expressed in the below script so as to do it in a batch way. For instance, ls -R results | grep event_sc.xml and loop it to run the procedure:

Hi @Zwb22042003-alt , from the error you provided, it seems that gr_xyz executable is not found, therefore no green functions are calculated, so the rest of the process is doomed to fail. You should check if the file path exists. Also check if chmod +x is given to the executable.
