• OpenRouter support — bring one key for models from every vendor: Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok, or any vendor/model slug you type in. Anthropic direct remains the default; pick your provider on its tab in onboarding or Settings → Skim AI.
• "My style" — a new writing style that mimics you. Skim scans up to 100 of your sent emails (your own words only), distills an editable style guide, and the AI writer follows it.
• Smarter replies — drafts now see the whole conversation (not just the last message), answer in the language of the email you're replying to, and know today's date, weekday, and your timezone.
• Multiline instruction field in the composer (Enter sends, Shift+Enter for a new line).
• AI writer profile: your name, five writing styles, and standing instructions — all fed into every draft.
• ✦ sparkle icons on all AI actions.

Mail & desktop

• Lives in the tray — closing the window keeps mail syncing in the background; quit from the tray menu.
• Starts with Windows (minimized to tray), on by default — toggle in Settings.
• New app icon everywhere: installer, taskbar, tray, Start Menu, notifications.
• New-mail toast fixes: the notification now carries the app identity and icon reliably.

Fixes

• Clean uninstall: the uninstaller now removes the toast registration and the autostart entry; autostart survives reinstalls.
• Windows notification images are no longer silently dropped (they must live outside hidden folders — who knew; now they do).
