Why is there no roadmap on "no-code"/"low-code" visual tools?

Hello everyone! 👋

First of all, congratulations on the project — roadmaps are extremely useful for guiding research in a clear and structured manner. 🙏

I'd like to know if there's any specific reason why there isn't yet a roadmap focused on visual website and digital product building tools, such as Webflow, Framer, WordPress, Wix, Editor X, and others that fall into the "no-code" or "low-code" category.

These tools have been gaining a lot of traction, especially among designers, freelancers, and small product teams who need to quickly validate ideas. Furthermore, a growing number of professionals are building their careers focused on these platforms.

My question is:

Is there any internal discussion about this?

Are there any plans to include this type of roadmap?

Would it be feasible to contribute something in this direction?

I believe a roadmap focusing on "Visual Tools" or "No-code/Low-code Web Builders" could complement existing content very well, especially for those working in design, prototyping, and web development.

Hi @filipecode-03 , thanks for the comments. We're working hard to improve the Roadmap project and expand the catalog. As you can imagine, there are tons of technologies out there, and we need to set priorities. We will publish a new WordPress roadmap soon, which partly replies to your answer. Yet many other No-code/Low-code tools for web design could be included eventually.

Submit a roadmap by providing a textual roadmap similar to this roadmap in an issue.
Create an interactive roadmap yourself using our roadmap editor & submit the link to that roadmap in an issue.
