How to use the tprecovery package

Hi, i installed the Teampass version 3.2.0.7 and downloded the recovery package. To make sure i can restore my database i wantet to test the procedure. But i cant find where to decrypt or use the .tprecovery package.
How do i make use of the recovery file?
I have the database backups on hand. But without the instance key (in case of desaster no longer on the original host aviable) i cant restore them

Currently, the recovery package is a simple backup of files and values needed to get Teampass instance back in such case like disaster recovery.
The next step would be to have a flow for recovery starting from a fresh install - That is in mind but process and design need more reflexion. For sure, we will go on with that part in a few weeks.
