Follow-up to #7.

nimbus-raycast and nimbus-statuspage were private when ECOSYSTEM.md was written, so the surfaces table listed them as plain text rather than emitting links most readers would 404 on. Both are public now, and nimbus-postmortem has been created — it was named in the retired ecosystem roadmap and handed off to "its own repo's ROADMAP.md", except the repository did not exist.

All three are labelled (scaffold): they hold a vision README and a build prompt, no implementation. Their own READMEs say the same, so the table does not overstate what ships.

Also adds a line making the boundary explicit — this document says what exists; the gateway's roadmap says what happens next. That is the ownership split .github#7 established, and the scaffolds are the first case where it matters.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Documentation
    • Added the scaffolded Nimbus postmortem surface to the ecosystem overview.
    • Clarified that scaffolded surfaces include planning materials only and are not yet implemented.
    • Noted that these surfaces are sequenced in the gateway roadmap.

nimbus-raycast and nimbus-statuspage were private, so the surfaces table
listed them as plain text rather than emitting links most readers would
get a 404 on. Both are public now, and nimbus-postmortem — named in the
retired ecosystem roadmap and handed to a repo that did not exist — has
been created with the same scaffold shape.

All three are labelled (scaffold) so the table does not overstate what
ships. Their own READMEs say the same.
