Fix: calendar and contacts for logins with a dot

If your Fastmail login had a dot in the local part (e.g. first.last@…), calendar and contacts setup failed with 404 "Mailbox does not exist". fm-cli built the CalDAV/CardDAV principal path from the login email, but Fastmail folds dots to underscores in that path. fm-cli now asks the server for its principal (current-user-principal, RFC 6764) instead of guessing. Thanks to @fsnoah for the fix (#4).

govulncheck ./... reports no vulnerabilities affecting fm-cli.
