本次亮点

• 修复长任务期间发送的消息在停止当前任务后滞留队列的问题。桌面兼容层保持默认先进先出排队，不会打断正在执行的对话；当前任务收束后会自动继续发送下一条消息。
• 修复用户停止代码执行时显示 code run failed (abort): [object Object] 的问题，已知的取消结果现在显示为“当前执行已停止，排队消息将继续发送。”，其他真实工具错误保持原样。
• 对话输入区新增 Skills 技能库按钮，支持搜索、最近使用、滚轮、键盘导航与主题适配；选择技能后会在当前光标处插入自然语言技能调用。
• 增强模型 API 的瞬态故障恢复。DeepSeek 与已配置的兼容提供方可对限流、超时、服务器错误、传输中断和流提前关闭进行最多四次退避重试，同时保留用户自定义策略，且不会重放 SSH 或插件操作。
• 长思考内容展开后，原有折叠标题会吸附在对话滚动区域顶部，无需滚回内容开头即可关闭。
• 新增桌面运行时完整性预检。若升级中断、安全软件隔离或磁盘异常造成关键文件缺失，应用会直接说明安装不完整并提示重新安装，不再反复启动、崩溃和重试导致卡顿。
• 修复桌面版对话气泡、整段回复与代码块复制按钮点击无效的问题。应用只对当前本地 DSH 页面开放安全的剪贴板写入权限，剪贴板读取及其他敏感权限仍保持关闭。
• 自动更新调整为发现新版后直接在后台下载，不再用下载前系统弹窗打断对话。下载完成后会显示新的蓝黑毛玻璃更新面板，由用户选择立即重启安装或稍后处理。
• 侧边栏“检查更新”在桌面环境中改为检查 DeepSeek Harness Desktop，不再误触发 Web UI 插件自更新；普通浏览器部署仍保留原插件更新能力。
• 启动页改为简洁的“探索未至之境”界面，只保留当前状态和单条进度条。顶部小蓝图标与原有大圆球、轨道和阶段列表已移除，替换为完全本地绘制的原创蓝黑粒子鲸鱼。

Highlights

• Fixes queued follow-up messages becoming stranded after the user stops an active task. The Desktop compatibility layer preserves the existing FIFO queue-first behavior, does not interrupt the running turn, and automatically starts the next queued message after cancellation converges.
• Replaces the known code run failed (abort): [object Object] cancellation presentation with a clear message that the active execution stopped and queued work will continue. Unrelated tool failures are left unchanged.
• Adds a Skills library beside the conversation command button with search, recent items, wheel and keyboard navigation, theme support, and insertion at the current composer selection.
• Strengthens transient model API recovery for DeepSeek and configured compatible providers with up to four bounded backoff retries for rate limits, timeouts, server failures, transport interruptions, and prematurely closed streams. User-authored policies remain authoritative, and SSH or plugin actions are never replayed.
• Keeps the original reasoning disclosure header sticky inside the conversation scroll area so long reasoning can be collapsed without returning to its beginning.
• Adds a packaged-runtime integrity preflight. If an interrupted upgrade, security quarantine, or filesystem problem removes a critical file, Desktop now reports an incomplete installation and recommends reinstalling instead of repeatedly spawning, crashing, and restarting.
• Fixes inactive copy buttons for message bubbles, complete responses, and code blocks in the desktop app. Only sanitized clipboard writes from the active local DSH origin are allowed; clipboard reads and other sensitive permissions remain denied.
• Starts downloading a discovered desktop release in the background instead of interrupting the conversation with a pre-download system prompt. A new blue-black glass panel appears after the download and lets the user restart and install or defer it.
• Routes the sidebar update trigger to DeepSeek Harness Desktop when hosted by Electron instead of updating the Web UI plugin. Browser-only deployments retain the existing plugin updater.
• Simplifies startup to “探索未至之境”, one status line, and one progress meter. The small blue title icon, previous sphere, orbits, and phase list are removed and replaced with an original locally rendered blue-black particle whale.
• Lets the particle whale swim slowly within the right-side corridor with restrained heading, breathing, and tail movement, without covering the title or progress surface. Rendering pauses while the document is hidden, and reduced-motion systems receive a static composition.
• Matches the injected drag region to the solid dark and light colors used by the native Windows minimize, maximize, and close area, removing the visible depth mismatch.
• Unifies current version, target version, release notes, download progress, retry, and restart-install states in the desktop update surface while preserving the safe runtime shutdown before installation.
• Fixes intermittent “application is still running” and file-in-use errors during Windows upgrades. Desktop shutdown now terminates the complete DSH process tree, while installer preflight removes only stale processes whose executables belong to the previous app installation.
• Extension Dock now shows actual plugin versions and compatibility states and checks community updates only when opened. Compatible releases can update directly, known-incompatible releases are blocked with an explanation, and undeclared compatibility requires explicit confirmation.
• Adds dsh-taffy-pet by community author zq123123667 as a disabled featured entry. Desktop ships only a fixed link to the author's repository and does not redistribute third-party code or character assets.
• Adds a Linux monitoring page to the built-in SSH workspace. It refreshes CPU, memory, disk, load, uptime, processes, and failed services every three seconds, with validated and confirmation-gated process termination and systemd restart actions.
• Community updates prefetch packages while DSH is available, then perform an exact offline switch during brief downtime. Failed validation or restart restores the old manifest, lockfile, and runtime. Built-ins continue to update only with a tested Desktop release.
• Completes a second Harness-native visual pass across SSH, Extension Dock, the community window, update surfaces, and window chrome, aligning typography, borders, radii, spacing, focus states, and light/dark themes.
• Desktop profile preparation now reuses runtime resolution and checks independent links concurrently. On the reference machine, median unchanged-profile time fell from about 54.9 ms to 13.2 ms and fresh-profile time from about 64.9 ms to 22.3 ms.

Verification

• Desktop tests cover automatic background download, progress state, explicit installation after download, manual checks, and update errors.
• IPC tests ensure that renderer update state contains only safe version, notes, progress, and error fields.
• Clipboard permission tests cover active loopback-origin matching, port isolation, and deny-by-default behavior for every other permission.
• The startup page was visually checked at 1440×900 for the particle whale, glass progress surface, and compact layout.
• Installer tests verify that stale-process cleanup is restricted to the previous installation paths rather than generic process names; runtime tests verify complete Windows child-tree termination with taskkill /T /F.
• Plugin regression covers three-state semver assessment, the fixed npm origin, four-request concurrency, exact offline installation, startup quarantine, and failed-update rollback; the reproducible profile benchmark performs no network access.
• Queue regression covers FIFO preservation across multiple messages, coalesced idle notifications, rollback after a failed wake, and cancellation-message normalization. The complete Desktop profile also passes a real host startup check.
• Runtime-integrity regression proves that startup preflight and package verification share the same critical OpenTelemetry file contract and that a missing file cannot spawn a child or enter the restart loop.
• Skills regression covers inventory deduplication, search, insertion, keyboard behavior, and real Electron menu geometry; API recovery tests cover bounded error codes, backoff configuration, and preservation of user policies.
• SSH regression covers monitor parsing, polling lifecycle, PID and systemd action allowlists, and preservation of the existing live terminal behavior.

Download and verification

Download DeepSeek-Harness-Desktop-Setup-2.0.0-x64.exe and verify it with SHA256SUMS.txt from the same GitHub Release. The app downloads discovered releases in the background, but exits and installs only after the user chooses “Restart and install”.
