PLAY.bat finds TeknoParrot and the SEGA Rally 3 profile by itself (any folder, any profile name) and opens a setup window only when it can't. It also tells you if you ran it from inside the zip, and clears Windows' download warnings. Run PLAY.bat -Setup to change the paths.

Unzip the SR3CamLab folder into your TeknoParrot folder and run PLAY.bat. See the README.
