Release v1.2 — Under Attack Mode & Smart Scheduling
This version introduces interactive control of Cloudflare's Under Attack Mode, along with dynamic scheduling for sensor updates and improved visibility into upcoming operations.
✨ What's New
🛡️ Under Attack Mode Control
You can now:
Monitor the current status of Under Attack Mode directly from Home Assistant.
Enable or disable this protection layer from the UI with a toggle switch.
Use this sensor in automations — for example, activate Under Attack Mode automatically when suspicious activity is detected.
⏱️ Next Update Tracking
Each sensor now includes:
next_update_in: Time in seconds until the next scheduled run.
next_run_full_format: A human-readable timestamp of the next run.
This makes the system predictable, easier to debug, and ideal for long-term monitoring.
🧠 Dynamic Scheduling
The update interval can now be configured dynamically via a GUI or JSON file (/config/cloudflare_abuse_monitor_configuration.json).
This allows you to adjust scan intervals without restarting Home Assistant.
