Release 1.0-PRE

This contains the general release for Linux and Windows/MacOS for the PRE 1.0, PRE defining that this has not been fully tested
and vetted to work as intended fully, however a small audit was done to ensure stability.

It may work, it may not on your Distro.
Linux is my main OS so that's what's coming out first, later today I'll upload the compiled Windows/MacOS Binarier later in the day.

AppImage will contain all of the code and libraries needed to run on any Linux Distro, specific deb and rpm packages for Debian/Ubuntu and Fedora are provided.
