Updated default site template and docs for nitro-ui 1.0.5

• Migrate template imports from nitro_ui.html aliases to nitro_ui
  PascalCase classes (Div, Paragraph, Href, etc.)
• Replace class_name with cls shorthand
• Rename Header/Footer component functions to SiteHeader/SiteFooter
  to avoid shadowing nitro-ui element classes
• Update SKILL.md and README.md examples to match new API
• Add element name mapping table to SKILL.md
• Bump nitro-ui dependency from >=1.0.4 to >=1.0.5
