Accessibility prompt handling.

  • The system "would like to control this computer" panel now closes itself once the switch is flipped, and the launcher comes back to the front. It belongs to a helper process, so nothing dismissed it before.
  • The panel is raised once per run instead of once per click. Each call queued another copy, so closing one revealed the next.
  • build.sh signs with a local KeyLock Local certificate when the keychain has one, which keeps the Accessibility grant across rebuilds. See the README for the one-off setup; ad-hoc signing stays the fallback.
