Uygulama bildirimleri. / App notifications.

• Uygulamalar için API: bu bilgisayardaki başka uygulamalar tek bir HTTP isteğiyle (127.0.0.1:20034) pilde bildirim ya da canlı etkinlik gösterebilir; kendi ikonlarını, renklerini ve en fazla iki düğme kullanabilirler. Geliştiriciler için: DOCS.md. / Other apps on this computer can show a notification or a live activity in the pill with one HTTP request (127.0.0.1:20034): their own icon, colour and up to two buttons. For developers: DOCS.md.
• Önce sana sorulur: bir uygulama ilk kez istek gönderdiğinde pil "Bildirim göstermek istiyor" diye sorar; kartta uygulamanın adı ve gerçekte hangi exe'den çalıştığı görünür. Verdiğin cevap hatırlanır ve Ayarlar › Sistem › Uygulama bildirimleri'nden değiştirilebilir; kartındaki Sustur düğmesi uygulamayı engeller. / An app's first request asks in the pill ("Wants to show notifications"); the card shows its name and the exe it really runs from. The answer is kept and can be changed in Settings › System › App notifications; Mute on its card blocks the app.
• Varsayılan olarak kapalı: sen açana kadar hiçbir port açılmaz; kurulum bunu Uygulama bildirimlerini aç seçeneğiyle sorar. İzin verdiğin uygulamalar ve gösterdikleri senin sorumluluğundadır; Now Bar yalnızca gösterir. Web sayfaları, ağ ve bilgisayardaki diğer Windows kullanıcıları API'ye erişemez. / Off until you turn it on: no port opens before; the setup asks (Turn on app notifications). The apps you allow, and what they show, are your responsibility; the Now Bar only shows it. Web pages, the network and other Windows users on the computer can't reach it.

Kurulum / Install: nowbar-setup.exe'yi indirip çalıştır; yönetici izni istemez. 0.2.x'in üzerine kurulur ve ayarların korunur. / Download and run nowbar-setup.exe; no admin rights needed. It installs over 0.2.x and keeps your settings.

• nowbar.exe, nowbar-settings.exe: otomatik güncelleme için / for the auto-updater
• SHA256SUMS.txt: sağlama toplamları / checksums

Arayüz Türkçe ve İngilizcedir (Ayarlar › Genel › Dil). / The interface speaks Turkish and English (Settings › General › Language).
