Attachments are not being migrated

Hi,
We are currently migrating Azure DevOps artifacts from one Azure DevOps organization to another using Azure DevOps Migration Tools.
We reviewed the documentation and several GitHub discussions, but we are still facing a few issues and would appreciate your guidance.

From the documentation, it appears that attachment migration is supported, so we would like to understand whether there are any known limitations regarding:
We noticed that some attachments are not transferred during migration.

Examples include:

• .ram files
• .mp4 files

Screenshot attached for reference.

• Supported attachment file types
• Maximum attachment size
• Attachments referenced from HTML fields
• Attachments associated with Test Plans or Test Suites

Are there any specific configuration settings required to migrate media files such as .wav and .mp4 successfully?

If additional logging should be enabled for troubleshooting attachment migration failures, please let us know.

No known limitations except size, which is bounded by Microfosft and will be listed in the logs. Providing the logs is a great first step.

If thre are any issues with teh attachments thry would be listed in the logs.

Attachments are only suported in WorkItems... Plans and Suits do not count.

Attachemnts are gotten from the attchments tab.
