v0.31.0

This release helps you move from k9s to sofka. It also adds explanations for more Kubernetes kinds.

New features

• Add the sofka import k9s command. It converts your k9s aliases, plugins, hotkeys, and views to sofka configuration, and it lists the settings that it cannot convert.
• Add explanations for Jobs, CronJobs, PersistentVolumeClaims, and Nodes. Press X on one of these kinds to see why it is not healthy.
